Picked up $150 today, 2x $25 BU Washington Dollar rolls. Rest were mixed, mostly Presidential dollars and SAC dollars. Just 3 SBA but one was a real nice 79P wide rim. Picked up 2 NIFC SAC dollars (2006P and 2012P).

Picked up $48 dollar coins from the bank in the grocery store. A well worn Sac. Nothing else special.

Has anyone ever found a Cheerios dollar in circulation? If I remember correctly, only about 70 of the 5,000 have ever been found

Quote: Has anyone ever found a Cheerios dollar in circulation? If I remember correctly, only about 70 of the 5,000 have ever been found I think of the official release of 5000 coins per the programs rules or odds or whatever you want to call it not all of those sent in for certification in their original packaging had the detailed tail feather variety commonly known as the "Cheerios" dollar so in reality there were less than 5000 of the variety minted. I'm sure more than a few kids who found them in a box back in 2000 took them straight to the candy store and spent them. I wonder how much a circulated coin would bring as I think all of those sold have been uncirculated.

As promised, here is the Franklin Pierce Dollar coin with green gem eyes. My co-worker has already called dibs on it.
