No doubt that is 1970 S/S RPM-1.. AWESOME find! This is a very rare RPM and is usually only found in mint sets. Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice!

That is most likely RPM 001,but to positively identify it, you should post a photo showing the date in relation to the mint mark.
