Looking for approximate value of this 1996 $2 coin.

Strike error includes gap between inner and outer sections (from seven o`clock to three o`clock on front side). Other errors is colour locations.

you can see daylight in the offset, around 200.00

This is a common error for 1996 $2 coins (I can't comment on the offset being at 11 o'clock, but t_y_ might). For these, the grade is relevant. I sold one, circulated down to EF for $30, if it is a really nice AU or MS-60, then $150 is a fair price. Above MS-64, these coins can fetch $350 or more...

For 1996 you can get the whole clock display, with spread on reverse and obverse. For this error and year the grade is very important, simply because there are a good number of similar coins available (right now, 3 dated 1996 are being offered on ebay, prices vary from a bit below 90 to more than 300).
