Someone's offering me $25 for this group of pennies. Is that a good price, or should I hold out for a little more? Here's a list of dates: 1900 (Damaged - It's been filed down almost to the size of a small cent) 1929 1932 1934 1939 1940 x2 1942 1943 x2 1948 1949 1951 1952 1953 1959 x2 - 1 BU 1961 - BU 1962 x2 - 1 BU 1963 1965 x4 1965 x2 - 1 BU 1967 Centennial x5 - 1 BU 1970 1971 x2 - Both BU 1974 - BU 1976 - BU 1977 1979 1982

@64 cents a piece I would sell
Is the 1929 a high 9? Are the 65's pointed 5's? And 1949 "A" to denticle?
That would maybe change the price.

I think that's a fair price OddCoins. As a buyer, depending on the condition of the non BU pennies I'd pay around $20.00 for this lot, unless of course there are any of the pennies that Bm0ney mentioned.

Apart from the 1934 and earlier, I'm picking the rest of the dates out of bank rolls for $0.01 each, and still finding shiny reds from the 60's and up. So I think that you're coming out good with that price!

$25 for that? Trust me, you will not get a better price, in fact, I would feel guilty charging that much for common coins. If you are selling to a novice collector or young numismatist, tell him they can have the lot for $10 - you'll both feel good about that deal. Otherwise, take the deal and run!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6C7oqXewyCE

I personally wouldn't pay $5 for that lot, so yeah if you can get $25, then giver!

These are Canadian coins and would not have any mint marks.

Right now, I think that people are willing to pay higher prices to fill holes because they only have 3 weeks left to CRH.

No, it's not ebay, it's Kijiji. I asked for offers because I didn't know what they were worth, and a guy offered '$20-$25.' I'll have a look and see if any of the special ones are in there.

Ya sad, there isn't much time to CRH left. Been trying to get through 2 boxes a week at least. Have made a bunch of albums too. Been selling them on ebay. Would like to try and preserve as many as I can. Also, the extra cash doesn't hurt
