Your coin has quite a bit of glare on it, I cannot tell if it has been cleaned or just the photo.

I was kinda thinking cleaned because of the scratches but I never really bought silver before and not really sure what are the common signs of a cleaned coin but figured for its price in silver I can't really go wrong. I'm still trying to figure out how to take pics without glare since I can't shut my lights off of my scope.
