Vermontensium Up in North Santa Barbara County, right outside the town of Orcut. My son is living in Columbus, Ohio so I am flying to meet him, we are going to the ANA and then we're driving back to CA along old Rt 66 for a father/son road trip. We need to be at the ANA by 11:30 on the 13th to check in for the "Chop Mark Collectors Club" luncheon. If we're early we will swing by the CCF table before, if we are running late we will swing by after. |

Very cool!
If your taking Route 66 back, you'll pass right by my house in Duarte.
Route 66 runs right through the middle of our city.

I will be there. I am so excited. I am only going to be at the show for a day or two, but I am doing other sit seeing with my parents. Things like a few of the Frank Lloyd Wright houses.

I'm planning on driving up Sat the 17th for the final day. I'll have to start the drive around 5am to get there by 10am. I hope to see some of you there.  |

 So far, it looks like I will be there on Wed. and Thur. and I will bring my husband along. He will be sporting a brand new dental implant that costs more than either of our cars  . |

By the way, it might rain here, in northern IL, tomorrow, for a little while but the rest of the week it will be sunny and in the 70's.

He has been documenting much of Rt. 66 for quite awhile now and is an extrodinary photographer! Here is the type of stuff he shoots.  Wish I could get to Chicago this year, just not in my stars.
