Yes.. It looks like a 'broad leaf' variety to me and, I have a complete set of Canada ten cents from 1902-2012 with all varieties except this one... Great find.

Hi Dooly, Hope all's well with you and yours over there in the "Mother Country"... :) Yes indeed, you have found yourself the rarer 1913 Broad Leaf variety Canada dime... total Royal Canadian Mint figures (including both varieties) are just above 3.6 million... but no specifics in regards to numbers of Broad Leaf minted... Comparing values with other low mintage key date dimes, I would estimate less than 300 thousand of the broad leaf variety were produced... Current Canadian Coin News "Trends" lists value at VG-8 $150 to $250 F-12 to $500 VF-20... Take care, and Have a Great Day! cameron93

Nice find! VG10 about $150. Not really worth the expense of slabbing,a coin like this will sell itself.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning... -from PCGS website

Nice circulated collection and very desirable in Canada at the moment; especially the 1913 dime. CHEERS!

cheers wert .. for the link I have been through them with closer inspection and I have picked 3 out so far to go to the NGC and hopefully get a good grade the others I think will go on ebay this week .. as for the 13 I still do not know what to do as the link says VG8 $160 and F12 $260 thats a huge jump and the reverse detail may just let it hit the F12 and thats a huge jump

I thin the best thing to do is send it off with the other 3 and see what happens .. the 5 cent 1870 Flat Border and the 1890 H are going on tonight at .99 .. now I need to find another world coin to hit the 5 coin limit for submission
