other than a posible issue with the color, but I suspect that is more due to the photo than any old cleaning or recoloring. For the details are amazing at least a MS64, possibly higher.

Pictures are a little fuzzy but yeah, bold 4 diamonds, clean fields. Can't tell if the luster is impaired or not from photos.
If full cartwheel luster, MS64RD.

I don't see any marks except possible grime around the T in States. It has a good shot at MS65.
