Hi Folks
Was going through some pocket change and came across this 1990 quarter. The obverse and revers appear to be fine. When checking the edge I noticed that it was almost smooth with a little of the reeding showing. Thought maybe it was a Dryer Coin. Checked some previous post but am unsure. Then thought that maybe someone sanded it but I don't see any scratches. I like to categorize things I come across. Question is, is it a Dryer Coin, PMD or something else. Thanks for any info. Sorry if posted in the wrong forum was unsure where to post the question.

Looks like normal wear & tear after 23 years in circulation.Could have been used in a slot machine in Vegas and the continuous dropping in the slots just beat the reed off

I would've gone with a slot machine coin. The obverse and reverse are in good enough shape that it should still have reeding around the edge.
