You have to remember the glass coins are individually hand made in Italy! I'm hoping to have them by the end of May if it's sooner then I'm ok with that too. I'm a collector so I can wait, those who are in it to flip and make a profit will not be ok waiting around having their money tied up in a coin that's delayed.

@forumguy - That is what I was saying too. Whoever guaranteed people coins must not have been very familiar with how the coin system works at CP.
@mts - Higher!
@Newman26 - Does not really bother me since I am just going to sell one. But if someone put thousands of dollars in then ya.

I understand that they are handmade in Italy, Newman26, but if a coin is advertised to launch on a certain date, then it should be available to be shipped on or near that date. Not weeks or months later. It's an obvious sell-out to CP & and the Mint, so there is no need to see how much interest there is or to pre-order.... I'm a collector too, but I don't think it's correct to have to wait so long for a coin, like the first Dino, for example.... poor organization/management is what it is...

@tristen1230 - I was obviously stating those who were buying and hoping to quickly flip them for a profit in a short amount of time and not keeping one for their collection.
@allspice - I agree they "garantee" them by a certain date but can't fulfill them. If only they gave some sort of discount lol :)

After all the problems last year I am sure they have fixed some of their issues everything I have ordered this year has come quickly. And when you get confirmation numbers on orders you are pretty much guaranteed to get them that is what it means to get confirmation I have NEVER not gotten what I ordered

This whole thread in my opinion is why mintages will keep rising as well as the prices.... people are buying out their coins in hours. Of course they will make more and up the price. They'd be stupid not to. They will still sell.

Mintages won't rise that is why they are coming out with so many. People will buy more low mintage coins than high mintage any day

There are people buying pre-sales on ebay to flip? That would be a disturbing bubble economy red flag.

@elkslayer I had my order for the pink moon coin cancelled by the RCM last year many months after receiving confirmation (and the odd subsequent phone call confirming that confirmation). True it's a rare occurrence but it does happen.

These glass coins will not be coming quickly. my rep had to reserve and cannot even print out the order form yet like he did for the canopy and beehive coins. The presale guys are in for a world of hurt as the buyers will most definitely get impatient.
