I have thirty-six 2006 pennies. I'm not sure of the value on these. The grading for these coins goes from F12-MS60. Could anyone help me on the value? Thanks!

Coins are:

RCM logo (magnetic) x8
RCM logo (non-magnetic) x3
no logo, no "P" (non-magnetic) x25

Hi DrDanger99
That's quite a lot of them...the 2006 pennies are a little tricky at first to figure out...if you put in 2006 in the search bar there is a lot of write ups about it...what to look for.

The main ones to look for are...("P" logo)....or "no P no logo" (Magnetic)

Good luck on the search.

They are valued at 1 cent each.....depending on condition. A nice high grade uncirculated could be worth more.

Curious how 36 pennies makes a 'ton' as stated in the OP title.

Perhaps a bit of hyperbola?

oh BTW nickelsearcher... hyperbola is math phrase. It means "A symmetrical open curve formed by the intersection of a cone with a plane at a smaller angle with its axis than the side of the cone." DERP!

Just a phrase...kind of fits if you haven't seen a lot of them...if you found the right ones could net you a good ton of pennies.

Hyperbole (pron.: /haeˈperbeliː/ hy-PUR-be-lee;[1] Greek: 'περβολή hyperbol", "exaggeration") is the use of exaggeration as a rhetorical device or figure of speech. It may be used to evoke strong feelings or to create a strong impression, but is not meant to be taken literally
