Had to do a little shopping this morning and having been taught at a young age to always check my change I was shocked to find these in my change... First time in I can't tell you how long that this has happened to me...

1920-Buffalo Nickel albeit well circulated...

Wow! Very nice finds! With how well worn they are, I wouldn't be surprised if they had been in the wild all their life.

Funny thing is my dad, who was central in getting me into this hobby some 40 years ago, was over today for lunch and I showed him the coins and he just winked at me and said, "even now it always pays to check the change". He did say that he couldn't remember the last time he found a wartime nickel in his pocket let alone a buffalo. We spent about 2 hours going through my entire collection. Best way to spend an afternoon if you ask me...
