Very nice. A true clip with some PMD imho.

Looks like it was a partial clip when rimed, then the planchet cracked - maybe that is the reason why the Blakesley is disproportional to the clip, and would explain the damage opposite to the clip.

The "1 CE" looks a little smeared to me; it puts me in mind of PMD as well. But the incompleteness on the obverse opposite the clip has me wondering. Would an extreme example of the Blakesly effect look like this? It looks like there's a bit of a retained lamination flaw going on there as well. And I can't tell from the pictures when that large gouge to the right of the "T" happened. It even looks like it has a touch of finning as well. Got to agree with SPP, an in-hand inspection would be best to solve this one.
