Found this 43 nickel this morning and when I looked at the back I saw it had no mint mark above Monticello and I ran to get my magnifier. After a close examination I realized it was a War Nickel with the mark worn off. DRAT! Just my luck, a counterfeit Henning

All in all was still a good day searching. I found 3 War Nickels and two buffaloes. I can't complain about that!

Wouldn't a counterfeit of a counterfeit end up being genuine since it would be a double negative?

2 wrongs don't make a right (but 3 lefts do )
