Does giving away over $800 in $2 bills count

I got a brick of $1000 in $2 bills in the 1980s from
Chase Manhattan Bank in New York.

I have been giving away 1 $2 bill at random to Buyers in USA who have bought off me on ebay or my web site since 1999.

I am in the UK so don't know if this counts

Total given away $802 in crisp UNC 1976 $2 Bills

Nohope. You need to subtract your totals from the running total. Its 25k as a community, not individually. The total should now be:
$23978
Which means we broke the $1000 spent milestone!!

Numistmatic_biz, I belive we are only counting $2 bills spent since you join the thread. So your $800 wouldnt count, but when you spend the remaining $200, it will.

Now then I spent $6 on pizza slices for breakfast. Lol so more pizza make the new total:

$23972.

Someone care to double check me? Thanks!

I'm a big $2 bill fan. Spending them usually means getting stares and questions. I'll join you guys in tracking my spending of $2s.

A $2 apiece spent at the bakery, meat market and health food store. The guy behind the counter at the meat market smiled, laughed and exclaimed "A $2 bill!" when he saw the note.

$23,840 to go. I'll keep doing my part on the project.
