Went through another bag and the rest of the rolls. Found 3 more George VI's, 3 wheat cents and a couple shiny young Elizabeth's. Also my War of 1812 Card Holders came so I plan on searching more quarters and some toonies until I fill them.

Best bag of pennies so far! There were more American cents than normal and I found 12 wheat pennies: 1929, 1930, 1940(2), 1945, 1947, 1951D, 1955D, 1956D, 1957D, 1958, 1958D.

In Canadian cents the notable finds were 1943, 1944, 1947 and a 1931! Also some very nice condition coins including 4 shiny young Elizabeth.

Went through another bag. Six more wheat pennies, no Canadian cents from before 1950 but I found a high grade 1962. 3 more bags to go. Also, I talked to one of the tellers at TD and she is going to keep an eye out for HMS Shannon toonies for me which is nice of her.

Went through another bag of pennies. Not a lot of US cents, only 1 Wheat penny. Found 1943(2) and 1944 Canadian cents. Also started looking more at the 2006 cents. Found a bunch of 2006 logo magnetic and 1 2006 magnetic.

Last bag of pennies. Found 2 wheat cents and 1940, 1942, 1945, 1947 and 1948 Canadian. Also found another 2006 no logo magnetic cent. Picking up a couple cheap scales on ebay. One that goes to 0.01g for individual coins and a hanging scale that goes up to 40kg to weigh the bags of nickel and copper CRH coins.

So after a few disappointments (got skunked by a few pickup banks, nothing but post ARP junk), I landed a really good score. Out of ten rolls from one location, seven of them were purely nickel and cupro-nickel, and from the others I got two 2000Ps and a 1991. Not too shabby if I do say so myself.

Picked up 11 rolls of nickels and 4 boxes of pennies today. Also got 4 nickel dollars from the bank and I'm keeping the 1984 which I need.

In the nickels I found a 1947 ML.
In the pennies found 1940, 1945, 1946, 1947 ML and 1949. Also 3 wheat pennies.

Just found a 1945 Canadian silver dime along with 39 US silvers. Have a 47 nickel as well. Some pennies from the 30's. I forget what dates. Pretty far south in the states. Not as much canadian as back in PA

Went through another 43 rolls of pennies. Noticed some of the rolls were really good so I saved 7 of them for tomorrow. Found 12 1967's, 29 young Elizabeth, 6 George VI and 3 wheat pennies. Also started pulling the nicer 1997-2012. I want to keep a roll of each so I can make complete or partial sets later. Not too worried about the different magnetic/non magnetic, logo/no logo varieties for pennies, just one for each year. Except for 2006 which I'm only keeping the magnetic variety of and have pulled ~100 of the 2006 logo magnetic.
