VG-8 Obverse/AG-3 Reverse. Is that a scratch near the shield? Value $5/+- if it is scratched. I don't think it is cleaned.

Due to the weak reverse, I have to say AG3 (and possibly, even Fr2).
I don't see any indication of cleaning, but photos are too small to really judge.

Can't see this one going for 10$. 4-8$ would be my guess on the bay.
