VF-35 in my opinion.

I was on the fence between VF-35 and EF-40. The obverse looks EF but the reverse looks more like a high VF. The reverse may have had a light old cleaning since the surfaces look a tad bright compared to the obverse.

The obverse really does look higher to me as well. I'll go with VF 35, just because of the reverse.
Jay, you've shown 2 great CB coins. Love these.
Wonder how much the ding on the rim on the Obverse lowers it?
