There does appear to be XF detail with possible surface contamination/verdigris. If you graded clean at XF45 it's certainly worthy of a plastic tomb.

I think you'd be better off sending it to ANACS. Would be much more cost effective. Your probably looking at a $100 coin or there about. I agree that it would end up in a details holder.

I'm in at VF30 details surface damage or environmental damage, due to corrosion and possible PVC scum, acetone will knock out the PVC but do nothing for the corrosion already there.
I'm not at EF due to the diamonds not being clearly enough defined.

I would slab it via ANACS because of cost. I am thinking VF-30 Details Env. Damage.
