I don't have much luck with unloading nic-a-date buffs but then again, I usually have issues with selling anything under the VF/XF grades. I usually have to include them with something else like a War Nickel or silver roosie. I have a 1883 with cents with the 3 restored. I but they were hoping for a 1885. It is filling that hole in this V nickel book I just bought.

I know this is an old thread, how do you know if a coin was nic a dated?

Coins restored with Nic-a-Date are a tough sell for sure.

Most are a hard sell, but I had no problem selling this one.
