I'm wondering if this coin may have been struck twice on the same planchet. It is an OF1/RF1 W Border.

My clues are (pics included below):
1) Several random letters are noticably doubled/offset on the obverse. The G in Gratia, the R in Regina and the D in Canada.
2) The lettering on the obverse is both fatter than usual and raised (especially see the bottom of the N in Regina in picture #8 below).
3) The 5, the TS in Cents and the date on the reverse are also fatter and raised.
4) The coin weighs 1.1g instead of 1.16g. It is 15.65mm instead of 15.5mm. It is .45mm thick but I can't find how thick it's supposed to be.
5) There are also two die cracks on the reverse, which may or may not be relevant.
6) The queen has a booger on the tip of her nose, but that appears to be a tiny die chip.

So what say ye? Double struck?

I believe what you have is the result of some repunching, and a well worn die.
