Here's a nicely toned 1942 with the legend mostly doubled. Is this a common sighting with this date?

I absolutely love that toning! Rainbow colours look soooo good on silver!

Here are a few more from that set, but without quite the same big rainbow colours..

They were bought as one lot and all were in a larger capital case for the George VI series. The previous collector had sorted through rolls and picked "the best".

Love those 40's...

Now that 2003 nickle 10 c does look heated,..kind of like the exhaust manifold pipe of a motorcycle right up near the engine block.


Bullion-investor13 ..don't be shy here. I'm probably not in the selling mode right now,... but go ahead ..put your value estimate on it here.

I was more wondering about how often collectors or dealers here have seen doubling on that date? No answers yet...
