Not sure if this is enough to rule it out as a fake, but I've marked a few of the details that looks different to me:

I don't have a good feeling about this one. What caught my eye first was the face which looked a little off. The relief of the eagle looks a little too low and there is detail missing in the wing, leg, and neck feathers. The rim and denticles on the reverse don't look right.

The things that stood out to me when I looked at it this morning and compared it to photograde pictures, is Liberty looks about 25 pounds heavy and the lack of detail in the olive branch leaves compared to the rest of the coin. I don't have a warm and fuzzy about this one...

The only thing that jumped out to me was the mintmark and the porosity left of the date.

The denticles on the reverse, alone, disqualify it as genuine. They're too short and improperly spaced.
