I'm not sure if that is wear or not. Those New Orleans were notorious for poor strikes.

What the heck...I'm in at MS63.

this particular year had better than average strikes. I took that into consideration when grading

Is that a rim Cud on the obverse at 8:00? If so, look at VAM-23A.
