Got this one for 12$ on ebay last night.

Obverse pic (seller's pics) is a bit fuzzy, but it looks good to me.

How would you grade it?

Even with the lousy photos this one seems to have Fine-12 details but as others have said it appears to have been cleaned. Seems like a decent buy for 12 bucks.

I agree that there is enough of 'liberty' to go F12.
Some of these 'white' cents look like that naturally, so given the poor picture
it has a chance of being original (but I doubt it).
Not harshly cleaned a a decent coin none the less.

I'm with the F12 crowd. A full Liberty is the criteria for that grade. This issue is also known to be weakly struck. We need a better pic

F15 just because the obverse photo is so blury. I think it's really better than it looks in these photos. Yep cleaned too, still a nice one year type IHC!
