I also use "orders distribution tactics", but only for items, that I feel, that be delayed. Maple Canopy (Spring) was shipped fast.

CC-Ottawa, my fall canopy is delayed as well. I think the only folks that got the Fall Canopy are those purchased from Canada post Edit: On side note, my 1/2oz caribou arrived yesterday. still waiting the for the 7th coin and the c ASEEdited by Lostwords

Thanks for the feedback. I have one canopy ordered with the mint and one with the dealer. The RCM is less of an issue because they only charge my credit card when it shipped, but the dealer order was on my statement almost 3 weeks ago so now I may be forced to notify my CC issuer to alert them to the possibility of a charge back (there is a 30 day dispute rule). I really don't think that the dealer order will be a problem but better safe than sorry. Bit of a pita. |

Yea when I found out the maple canopy autumn was delayed I cancelled it and all the others from august and went down to the PO that same day and bought them all.....iv stopped ordering coins from the mint website all together...the PO always has them in stock and other dealers on the RFD forum like DWS and Gwako always have them also.....no point ordering from the mint site anymore its just a hassle

 Odd that the small 'dealers' have them in stock but the three largest in Canada don't. |

finally got my fall canopy and my contemporary art coin! Fall Canopy looks slightly better in person but still a major disappointment and the contemporary art coin is nice. I like how they used the full reverse for the design and there's no clear top or bottom.

Got the Autumn Maple Canopy this morning.
Looks much better in hands. Agree with Cowboy905.
Well, the series always contains great looking coins and the ordinary coin(s).
Native Art collector will appreciate the "Contemporary Art" coin - I saw it in the CC&C display.

the contemporary art coin doesn't get a lot of mention but here is a photo of my coin for those that haven't seen it. I personally LOVE IT.  |

You bought nice coins, arianzo and Cowboy905Really like them. @arianzo: try do not to use flash, when doing th picture of the coin. @Cowboy905: I've seen the coin recently at CC&C location. In the hands it looks much much better than on RCM website. Congrats for another native art purchase. |
