No, they were too busy with many customers, who came to buy the bullion coins. I don't know which Superman coin is actually the gem in this pile. This all leads me to believe that these coins are not going to appreciate very much. There is way too many people hoarding and selling them and it seems like the dealers are waiting for other dealers to start selling them before they release their hordes. Is there actually anyone that actually wants these coins for their artwork and fetish interest in a man in tights? Or is this just for resale? Report this Post to the Staff

I don't tend to buy "painted" coins, but I am intrigued by enameled coins - I do like their history. They date back to at least the Victorian age, when coins were frequently enameled to create attractive pieces of jewelry. The RCM did a nice job with the enameling of three silver dollars a few years back - I'm guessing they did a nice job with this one as well. Collecting history one coin or medal at a time!
