Is there gray showing under the area in question? It might be just split plating. It would need to be raised also. It is not 019 or 020. The locations are different. So if it is raised in that area, you might want to have it checked out. I'd save it till you get a couple more to send to coppercoins. Split plating in that area can be deceiving. On this example the plating was split in the center of the mint mark. It rolled to the left and looked like a RPM. But looking close into the center of the mint mark it was just the gray showing and the plating rolled to the left.
