When I was talking to a CSR yesterday regarding my orders, he figures the coin will get delayed, like the other glass coins. He did say, there's no official report yet. I had asked when it was expected to ship. What's up with this small font. I post from my iPhone, so I don't touch settings.

@allspice
I showed some interest in this coin (Candy Cane) when I ordered my Piedfort via Direct Ship 2 weeks ago. The Candy Cane wasn't available at this moment.
Last week, the post office called me and said it (the Candy Cane) was now available to order via Direct Ship if I was still interested. I wasn't since I already ordered it from the Mint.

will this becomes like the superman coin? In which everyone said they would not buy it and then changed their mind to "I need to get one so I can flip it?"

I don't see much of attention to this coin on ebay. However, if Mint will issue second coin in this so called series, then it might get a boost.

Weather this coin makes it big or not. I still like it. The only issue I have is the price point. It's too over priced, even by RCM standards. I know they have to pay to extra to get the candy cane made, but 150 seems a little to much.

Someone posted on other forum it was available at Vancouver store. I'd love to see a real photo!

Curse9, how are you graphing those sales? Is it a function in ebay or do you have third party tracking software?

Wow, thanks curse9! Looks like the Candy Cane is selling close to issue price... might pick-up closer to the X-mas season?!? I hope my candy cane isn't tiny, like some have reported. If it is, I'm trading it in for a bigger one!

@yellowperch Not really. Basically, I copy/paste the search results I get on ebay for "sold" items and I created a frame with some functions in Excel to extract the date, price, etc from this information. After that, some Excel pivot tables and charts are used to generate what you see.

^^ Curse you should actually create a thread and post graphs about different coins people request. It's a pretty neat function.
