If I were u,,,take the penny to few of the local coin shops or a coin show would be best.Looks like too much space on one side closest to the E,and the FG does not look right but its not a 1999-2000 so maybe its not worn die or struck weak,,does not look struck weak or a worn die,,looks like a WAM to me but listen to the guy with the pics here but at the same time let a few other people in person see it,Have a great day,,,Cosmos
