1970 D Cent Die Clash (Prisoner?)

this is my first time finding this kind of error...99% sure this is the "prisoner" die clash. I also know it is a date with RPM and DDO on date/mint mark....but not sure if what I see is Machine Doubling..? thanks again for looking!

Looks like a nice clash line showing the lower base line.

It is pretty cool/exciting to see the "bars" around Lincoln pop out with magnification!!
here is the pic of the reverse which is, unfortunately not as pretty as the front :(
