The devices get enlarged and not reduced on normal raised devices. I can't tell from the image if they are raised or incuse? The mark through the "3" tells me it is incuse. I ask because the marks that I am asking about ( next to the 2 & 0) are also incused. I added this pic because of the bottom of the lettering. That is in a different direction than the date.
