A good example of being able to determine when it was minted, regardless of the date (or lack thereof). Per the rules... It is also acceptable if the date can be determined to the exact year from other criteria... In 1974 Monaco issued a 50 Francs coin for the 25th anniversary of the reign of Prince Rainier. (Monaco, barely over 2 km², is the second smallest state, after the Vatican) The reverse shows the monogram of Prince Rainier in fourfold and "Deo Iuvante" - With the help of the Lord.
