There's lots of those out there, they aren't all that scarce I've found a least 50 of them this year. Nice to find them though.

I only found a few of them (6) roll hunting... I think it looks around AU-50, it's always nice finding low mintage coins.

i didnt think they were all that common. thanks for the grade. according to coins and canada, at au-50 they are worth $5.30.

but reading the mintages, about 5 million isn't that rare.

i guess its my second one though.

They are not common, but they are actually quite hard to find. They sell quickly on ebay too! nice grade, I am not very good at grading modern canadian coins!

If the ARP (alloy recovery program) keeps going removing all non-mag coins then the 2000-P will be easier to find.
I only keep them if there in MS condition.

I have about 2 full rolls and I have stopped keeping them, I personally think a good portion of these we're sent out to the Vancouver area. It's less likely for me to not find a few each weak, than to find 2 or 3. Same goes with the 2001 no P, I have stopped keeping them as well.

I agree with pennyman. If I remember correctly I found one of my two 2000P nickels in a machine wrapped roll, but never a 2001 no P or any non-MPPS coin. I think the 2001 no P are the ones we should save.
