With the cross, I would guess they're early Christian coinage of either Scandinavia or Britain.
Just a guess--hope they're genuine! I'll wait for expert opinion.

They are broadly imitative of English hammered pennies, but I'm pretty sure these are imitations. Modern imitations, I would guess, given that the obverses of the two coins appear to be an identical die-matched pair.
