Some consider it a bianary number as only two digits are used throughout...
I usually only consider bianary serials with 0's & 1's

four digit repeaters are legit.. they're on the low end of repeaters but acknowledged by the Charlton guide... the don't derive that much of a premium.. so it all depends on how much you appreciate 'em
