Here are three coins, same year, same type.

Reverses of this three coins are in the same angle.

But when I turned over them, some alignment problems happened.

As you can see, I put a ruler on the ''O''(or the nose), the coin number 3 has the higher ''O''(or the nose) obviously.
Alignment matters? Is't one of the strict measurements to decide whether it's the real one?

What you have found is die rotation,quite common,and not an indicator for counterfeit.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
