I would grade it at aEF (about extra fine).

That's one cool thing about ancients, they are much older than what most coin collectors go for. And most types are affordable: you can get a better example of your coin for less than $20.

This was minted between 139-128 BC. Antiochus VII Sidetes Silver Tetradrachm. NGC graded this one y'all should too.

The amazing thing about ancient coins is they can be 500 years older than a slug and be near mint state...hard to believe but it happens.
