Need Help With 1858, Is It Whizzed, Polished, Or Cleaned

Firebird New Member Canada 9 Posts	Posted 12/19/2013 4:29 pm Picked up this coin a few weeks ago, and not sure what to make of it. The reverse is rotated 30 deg, but not sure if it has been whizzed. Also, scratches on the reverse are confusing, as they seem to be more on the background. Any comments? Report this Post to the Staff
