Plenty of time on my hands today so I decided to look at all 9,400 ten cent pieces on ebay, a project which took me about 4 hours. There's a whole lotta crap coins on ebay so I have developed a knack of being able to rule out the unworthy auction listings with a very quick glimpse.

Anyhow, my goal was quality, original raw dimes for my Gardmaster album. I found two that met my criterion that I was able to buy today after the usual exciting last-second knucklebiter auction action, one which ends in 6 days that I have bid on and 4 worth watching for when the end is near for those auctions.

Synopsis - I wish I lived in Canada so that I could have access to dealers specializing in Canadian coins. It is often disappointing having to rely on ebay as a primary source of raw coins. However, it is fun to treasure-hunt so I venture to say that it was 4 hours well-spent. The twenty-five cent listings are next (12,000+) but not today!

Coins on the way:

1931 10c NGC AU58 - will be cracked out.
