Yes, interesting background--pet hair maybe, possibly a heavily scratched 'clear' plastic workbench cover. Sure makes the coin very attractive....

That '67 may have been cleaned--yes, the coin, not necessarily the knee.

To the seller of the 1967 Cent:

I suggest you get some pants or at least handle your coins with the inside of your knees. We've all seen some really nice coins that were covered with knee, shin and butt prints which can greatly reduce the value to a potential buyer.

Occasionally I check out 1955 poor man's doubled die wheat cents--looking for extreme instances of Die Deterioration coupled with stand-out cracked skulls. Came across this fun listing...
