Picture will come later, and I am assuming this is PMD but figured I'd post here to be sure. I've found a Toonie with the middle flipped and rotated from it's normal orientation, and it looks like its not level in the center either. As in if you were to put it flat on a table you could see a raised edge in the middle of the coin.

Probably PMD, the middle can be popped out with a hammer and put back in a different position. I am assuming that is what happened in this case but pictures would help.

2004 and 2005 counterfeit toonies pop apart easier than normal.
Pics of your coin for the sake of curiosity.

I have pushed out the centers out of two of the counterfeit 2004 and 2005 toonies with my thumb and flipped the core.
This was when I was working as a cashier and I did not know about the Montreal counterfeiting.
Odds are slim, but maybe you got the ones I messed with.
