1882 Large Cent Large H Over Small H ?

I see a small raised anomaly similar to the sample pic from coinsandcanada.com , but with all the gunk can't make a firm identification. short of cleaning the area (cringe) just wondering if there are any other markers to look for when determining Large H over Small H ?
