Hi guys,
New to the hobby and working on my small collection. I try looking up this coin on ebay and found that its worth is around face value 1 to 400+ What constitute that range? I thought the price would be more relative. I'm lost in the sauce. What is mine worth? 2 fiddy? or five dollars? Thanks

(It has 2008 D on the side of the coin)

That coin looks like it is circulated so I would say it's worth a dollar!

Generally modern dollar coins in less than uncirculated condition aren't worth more than face. The $400 range you see is likely due to error coins, extremely high grades, or exaggerated prices/bidding.

It is worth one dollar. When using $bay as a pricing/value tool, make sure to use completed auctions. Not " Buy It Now " prices.

And to the community.
