FINAL. 10-22-14 It has taken awhile, but I am all through (until the next bag comes along). Little disappointed in the lack of 1971's and some of the other varieties (runny nose, goiter, etc. I was not expecting any silver or proofs since all of my coins were purchased from individuals. Its been fun!

jprine Quote: 1976D Searched 348 Type 1 166 Type 2 180 OAK 2 All of your hard work is most WELCOMED. Were your 2 OAKs in type one? Were they toned? I think it was my third or fourth bag that came with APPROX (363) 1976 D TYPE 1 IKEs. Most were toned a little or a lot. Most were UNC. About all were Off at the Knee. "OAK" According to "the peg leg Ike Group" they are Rare. One sad note is. I have not been able to get a fresh bag, for about 12-14 weeks. Just being patient. I believe she is sincere in trying. When I do email or call her, I wait about 3-4 weeks.

Domain-both of the OAK's are type 1 and uncirculated. Both have a good bit of luster and one has a very light sort of greyish tone covering obv and rev. Not sure what the deal is with that one, but it looks pretty neat.
I would love to find a bag but have little to no luck with that.
Did I read this right-I think it was my third or fourth bag that came with APPROX (363) 1976 D TYPE 1 IKEs. Most were toned a little or a lot. Most were UNC. About all were Off at the Knee. "OAK" That's pretty amazing.
I should have such luck!

Six of the pictured AG came from one bag. One Peace dollar came in another bag I am now on a very dry spell for new bags. Many many weeks no new bags. HINT on bags. The older more "HOLEY" the bag the better.

Been real slow as of lately. Hope springs eternal. Try other banks. They (bank managers) can do it. get Email addresses, from their business cards. Do not harangue them weekly. Quiz other CCFers as to where they are getting their IKEs Keep trying. Do not bother with tellers for 1,000 bags. Go straight to managers and head tellers. These are but two of the 7 bags I have been lucky enough to obtain. In general the older and more beat to heck and back, the better the AG score.

I do spend a lot of GOOGLE (ing) for IKEs Wish I could answer. If I get a picture I just place it in my computer. Maybe when I was looking at Armored Services. Or the FEDERAL RESERVE BANK stuff. With all respect to Tellers, Head Tellers, Branch Bank Managers, sometimes it is beyond silly their knowledge level on ORDERING COINS Last boo-boo I got yesterday, was a head teller sending me a link to the MINT The picture below is either of the FRB or from a 3rd party ARMORED SERVICE
