I don't have greysheet, but sold ebay auctions have them landing in the $140-$170 range

What color is your coin? BN? RB? RD?
The greysheet that I have is from back in september. The bid/ask for a PR-64 RD is $135/145.

That's a $150 coin at retail in a PCGS slab, less for NGC and ANACS. Base your buying price on what you can sell it for.
