This coin gives me mood swings haha! All I'll say is I think someone thought it looked like a scratch n' sniff. Ticks me off but I think hey its better than not having one! I hope you enjoy the pics for now.

I know! It's exact moments like these that I took the time to catalogue and store my coins correctly so that if anything happens to me I don't have family or friends playing hacky sack with them or giving some guy on ebay the deal of his lifetime lol! This coin came from the kids of a prominent banker who packaged the her coins in hand crafted stapled cellophane packs...I have spent the past two days managing this craziness

I'm not sure what to make of that coin. For me, I'd just put it in circulation.

Looks like solder residue, since it's pretty much junk, I'd heat it with a torch and see if the solder just runs or burns off.

Don't forget to use sandpaper to smooth off those rough edges

Just a hunch here, but that coin looks shellacked. A nice long soak in actetone might perk this one up
