So after catching up on the thread and learning about the Snow-1 and Snow-2, I checked my 64 L under a 30X microscope once more and saw a RPD, but not like yours. After a little digging on the CCF search feature, with a previous thread from DVCollector turns out it is a Snow-5.  Can't tell you how glad I am for the site and thread!!

Quote: old and worn-out? You want...umm, never mind.  All of these examples are great! That off center strike looks like it saw quite a bit of circulation. It is amazing. As a fan of circulating coinage, I love the representation here.
