Pics are too small for grading but the coin does appear worn. Non-minstate '53s are melt value coins, about $14.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Definitely has been cleaned and looks to have scratching..but definitely a keeper if it's your only one. Probably couldn't get more than $15 tops for it.
