This ebay seller seems call all his uncirculated coins as proof like -- although the picture does show good quality. I'm not sure if there are Proof Like version was issued after 2010.

That coin is not proof,NBU or proof like. It is for circulation and worth no more than a quarter.

I would not believe everyone on ebay. If it is not really proof it is not worth proof prices.

I wonder if now eBayers will start using the term mint-like or anything-like to describe their coins.

Proof like was a specific, higher quality finish used up to and including 1967. After that it was replaced by BU/NBU/MSxx NC which was then phased out as of 2011. PL, BU and UNC are frequently mis-attributed by sellers and best just to ignore all such claims unless you know the seller knows what they're talking about or the coin is recognizably as claimed. The specific coin referenced by the OP was only issued as Circulation finish.

Thanks guys. So was it 2011 or 2010 the last year the RCM year set has different finish? I know the old sets look different from circulation coins.

2010 is the last year for which some sets were still being struck as BU. In 2011 all sets are UNC (except SP and PF of course)

Thank you kuh. Now I fully get it.
So sellers should call all year set after 1967 BU set, and calling them PL is exaggeration (many big dealers do);
sellers should call coins from roll UNC, and calling them BU is exaggeration, and calling them PL is strong exaggeration. Am I correct?

Pretty much. Except some sets 2004-2010 are BU and some are UNC and you're best to check the catalogue to know for sure which are which.

I think what he meant by "Proof Like" is that they're round and grey, just like the Proof ones are? I guess it's pretty tough to get everyone on the same page as far as grades and styles go.
